Can Texas Secede? Here's the Answer, Once & for All

Can Texas legally secede from the Union? Judge Andrew Napolitano has the answer:


There you have it. I guess all those Secessionists in Texas had it right after all.

    If Texas can or does secede from the Union, I hope my fellow Texans can take Louisiana with them.....We will band together to forge a more perfect Union!
